If the church considered licensed by the state to have a liability security company and security people are employed by the church and Okayed by the pastor than they can obtain a restricted carry permit to carry only to and from the church. There would also have to be a Gun custidian with insurance to be responsible for the weapons that are carried by security. That is a process. Police Plaza has the applications for Gun custodianship and for permits for security to carry guns.
