How do you conceal you sidearm? What do you carry? Do you carry a reload? If part of a security team, are you required to certify? If so, how often?

Team carry hasn't been seriously considered by the staff as of yet. My wife also CCW's. Carry depends on dress. If a pull-over, I carry Appendix inside the waistband. If a tucked-in shirt is required, I've been using the Kangaroo holster. It is a type of shoulder holster designed to carry under a tucked-in shirt. ** you don't have permission to see this link ** Carry a Glock 19 or 16, with a G19 spare magazine (it will fit either weapon) I don't requalify as part of a team, but do take any personal weapons courses that I am able to.
