There is tons of information regarding the church assault perpetrated by Matthew Murray in CO. I've used some of it to formulate an in-depth analysis of what happened, what security concepts were effective in preventing further loss, and how we should modify certain ideas that are employed in our church.

What I would like to do is to focus on other incidents which have occurred in an effort to further identify things that we need to do. Perhaps this has already been done here and I just haven't seen it in my visits. If so, please advise so I can read about them.
